Magic helps get what you want

Magic is a way of thinking, a method of experiencing reality and changing reality. It's the belief that human thoughts, rituals, and symbolic actions can affect the physical world. Magic is an openness to events outside of human comprehension.

We practice real magic, primitive magic, folk magic that has been practiced for thousands of years. Spell, Trick, Charm, Jynx and Hex, are but a few of the forms our magic can take.

Magic can bring your heart's desire. It can draw someone near to you that you wish to attract. You can use it to influence your boss to give you that raise, or make someone stop bothering you. Whatever frustration is ailing you there is magic to help you.

Working a spell in which materials such as powders, roots, or herbs are deployed in specific locations where they will be touched by the victim is called laying down a trick, or tricking. One of the basic aphorisms is, "Lay your trick, walk away, and don't look back." Looking back can have the effect of undermining the careful deployment of curios meant to set the trick to working. It demonstrates a lack of faith or will.

It must always be remembered that doing a magical working without any real-world action to back it up may have little impact. Magic can be seen as a way of bolstering the effect of other efforts. If you want a job, do the magic, but you'll still have to go out and look for a job. Don't expect one to fall from the ceiling. It might, but don't count on it.
